Due to the nature of digital products, [J KAI MEDIA] offers a 14-day refund policy for online courses. However, refunds will only be issued if the course has not been accessed or viewed.

 

  • Refunds for Unused Courses: You can request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the course content has not been accessed or downloaded.

  • No Refunds after Access: Once the course has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds. By accessing or downloading the course, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Physical Products

 

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. For physical products, we have the following return and refund policy:

 

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund or replacement. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage.

  • Returns for Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective products may be accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, but are subject to a restocking fee and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging to be eligible for a return.
